The fact of the matter is many talk but only few do. Buying a custom motorcycle is cool but if you didn't build it, is it really that cool? Plus can you truly trust someone else's work? Sure maybe if you went to one of the greats and spent a bunch of but then your friends know it's just something you bought. I built my first motorcycle with a friend and despite the hardships and the drastic learning curve, it was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned more about myself through the process and I can say it genuinely made me a better person. The sense of accomplishment and the bike is something I'll have forever. Sure you can pony up some dough and go to a technical school and make it a career but we are taking about the DIY movement. The weekend warriors, the wannabes and the wish I shoulda woulda couldabes, yeah we are talking to YOU My point is there are only a handful of places around the country that teach you to build a custom bike and we are fortunate to have @standardmotorcycleco in our backyard, but not all of you are fortunate to live near a place like Standard. So they have decided to build a technical video library that will teach you everything you need to know about building a custom motorcycle and this will all be available online. So now everyone can learn how to build a motorcycle, even if you live in you parents basement. BUT it will not happen without your support. So here's my final message. Go to their Kickstarter (link in our bio) and donate to support motorcyclist around the country, donate to support your local bike night, because showing up on your personal built motothunder of love and earning respect from your peers is what it's all about. Cafe-Moto Florida

Founded in 2011 in Orlando, Florida by a few moto nuts, Cafe-Moto is a society of cafe racer and vintage motorcycle enthusiasts. Now with groups located in Orlando and St. Petersburg Florida, Cafe-Moto continues to grown. Our rides and event consist of great food, good conversations and if time permits, a spirited ride. We are looking for vintage motorcycles (from euro -jap), bobbers, rat bikes, and custom cafe racers are all welcome. As long as your bike holds on to the true cafe racer or vintage spirit, you should fit right in.
